| The eternal religion was revealed, |
Zahar ad-dīn ul-mu’ayyad
The eternal religion was revealed,
| بِظُهُورِ |
| Bi zuhūrin |
| With the arrival of the Prophet Ahmad ﷺ. |
Bi zuhūrin Nabī Ahmad
With the arrival of the Prophet Ahmad ﷺ.
| يَا هَنَانَا |
| Ya Hanānā |
| O our bliss because of Muhammad ﷺ, |
Ya Hanānā bi Muhammad
O our bliss because of Muhammad ﷺ,
| ذَلِكَ |
| Dhalik |
| That is the grace from Allāh. |
Dhalik al-fadlu minAllāh
That is the grace from Allāh.

| He was solely gifted with the seven holy verses of Surat al-Fatihā, |
Khus’sa bis’sab ‘il mathāni
He was solely gifted with the seven holy verses of Surat al-Fatihā,
| وَحَوَى |
| Wahawā |
| And he encompasses the finest qualities. |
Wahawā lutfal ma’āni
And he encompasses the finest qualities.
| مَالَهُ |
| Mā lahu |
| There is no creature like Him, |
Mā lahu fil khalqi thāni
There is no creature like Him,
| وَعَلَيهِ |
| Wa ‘alayhi |
| And Allah has bestowed upon Him. |
Wa ‘alayhi anzal Ullāh
And Allah has bestowed upon Him.

| Mim |
| When he appeared from Makkah, |
Mim ’Makkatin lammā dhahar
When he appeared from Makkah,
| لاَجِلِهِ |
| Li ajlih |
| For Him the moon split. |
Li ajlih in shaqqal qamar
For Him the moon split.
| وَافْتَخَرَت |
| Waf’takharat |
| And he was the pride of the family of Al-Mudar (one of the grandfathers of Sayyiduna Muhammad ﷺ), |
Waf’takharat alu mudar
And he was the pride of the family of Al-Mudar (one of the grandfathers of Sayyiduna Muhammad ﷺ),
| بِهِ |
| Bihi |
| Over all human beings., |
Bihi ‘ala kullil anāmi
Over all human beings.,
| أَطْيَبُ |
| Atyabu |
| The one with the best morals |
Atyabu Naasi Khalqaan
The one with the best morals
| وَاَجَلُ |
| Wa |
| the best of the creation |
Wa Ajaloo Naasi Khulooqaan
the best of the creation
| ذِكرُهُ |
| Zikruhoo |
| His name is mentioned, east and west |
Zikruhoo Gharbaan wa Sharqaan
His name is mentioned, east and west
| سَائِرٌ |
| Saa'iroon |
| permanently, thanks to Allah |
Saa'iroon wal hamduul lillah
permanently, thanks to Allah
| صَلُّوا |
| Sallū |
| Praise the best of people, |
Sallū ‘ala khair ul-anāmi
Praise the best of people,
| المُصطَفَى |
| Al-Mustafa |
| Al-Mustafa the full moon. |
Al-Mustafa badrit ta’māmi
Al-Mustafa the full moon.
| صَلُّوا |
| Sallū |
| Praise Him and greet Him, |
Sallū ‘alayhi wa salamū
Praise Him and greet Him,
| يَشْفَع |
| Yashfa’ |
| He will grant us intercession on the Crowded Day. |
Yashfa’ lanā yawma zzihāmi
